traveling to utah

We left for Utah yesterday and almost didn't make it...the winds in Juneau were so bad that they weren't letting any planes in or out. We just happened to get a window where the winds died down enough for us to leave...I was really nervous and stressed out about taking Lilley on the plane, not knowing how she would do. She has been on a floatplane but that is what her first flight should be anyway being an alaskan girl. Needless to say she did awesome from Juneau to Seattle...she sat still and didn't even cry. When we got to Seattle we barely made our flight to Utah since we were delayed two hours in Juneau. This is when I thought she was going to have a fit since she had been on a plane for a few hours and had no nap...but she did great again...in fact she made some friends on the plane...she is such a little charmer, loves attention and was full of smiles. She kept waving to people, blowing kisses and talking baby babble to those around her.

When we got into Salt Lake my brother, Jeff picked us up at the airport and we stayed with them for the first night. I was got to meet my niece, Sofia and Lilley was excited to see another little person.
